Hand-Carved Trough-Basin Reclaimed Limestone Wall Fountain

A close study of the working heart of a reclaimed limestone wall fountain: a canted, moulded stone trough basin, hand-carved from solid limestone and fitted with a wrought-iron overflow bracket that loops around a central stone pier. The soft grey-green weathering and tooled facets show exactly the craftsmanship and antique character these fountains carry. Reclaimed and restored by Ancient Surfaces, this hand-carved limestone trough basin can complete a wall fountain against a courtyard wall, garden enclosure or terrace where authentic old stone is essential.
